vtec is usually a kind of sticker you put on the side of your car. sometimes it goes along well with the dohc sticker.

It's actually spelled vtech, It's the cordless phone I bought at Wal-Mart for $17. and what it does is cut out and makes people sound like robots for about 5 minutes, then the battery dies and you have to use the old pos phone anyway. 'burnout:
