wat should i do to pass emissions

i have a sohc vtec with a turbo and it burns oil and i need it to pass emissions and i want to know what i can do before i take it their. i have a fuel pressure regulator and a safc for my fuel so what to do.

i am pretty sure external wastegate makes you fail visual inspection so you may have a problem

for fuel, tune to 14.7:1, little known fact is emission are lowest at 14.7:1 and increase as you go richer/leaner.

and at least put some effort into fixing the oil burning issue...

myshtern, are you sure external gates cause a fail? and do you know why the hell that is?

i dont have an external wastegate. but i wish i had one. you now anybody with one. i have no clue what my fuel curve is. i never got it tuned. and i dont know how to tune it my self.

get a SAFC and have Tobi tune it....

how much boost are you running? and do you know what the deal is with burning oil?

My Z passed visual for years without any emissions equipment. No EGR was the most noticable. If anything I'd think those monkeys at Envirotest would pass an external wastegate thinking it was an EGR.

As far as oil burning, you can try some additives like "Motor Honey" to get the smoke down. Be sure to change that crap out as soon as you pass though. ;UgH:
