yea. people buy the conversion to go from obd2-obd1 because the obd2 ecu's are extremely hard to chip.
the only reason why i have the jdm ecu is so i dont have to run 2 o2 sensors. those things are like 260 bucks ea.

stu: when i owned my gsr i went to autozone for 2 replacements. they were 260 ea.
Holy crap, I got a replacement Bosch one for like $30 if I remember correctly. Go to Import Parts Warehouse next time.
