If so I think that will be my next car. Poor little (well, fat, actually) feller really got screwed by the factory. Such a shame; such a nice looking car.

I would want to swap everything- the suspension can stay, but anything from the STi that fits would be used.

Damn lack of a real job.

SVX is a kick ass car, too bad they were never made with a manual. Anyway, I would ask over at Nasioc.com, there are quiet a few SVX owners that might help you out. I think you might be able to swap out a lot of STi stuff into SVX because Subaru seems to reuse a lot of their parts on different platforms, but I'm not sure.

I've never seen STi shit, does it look like deer droppings or more like a cow pie ?

Yes a check on NASIOC or CLUBWRX and or a call over to flat4engineering and a chat with Mark would probably get you the info you need.

The engine will probably bolt up and the tranny will fit too, but you'll need a new hood I'm almost positive. There is no clearance between the hood and intake manifold on those SVX's. My roomate of mine had one, and we were looking at it to try and fit a turbo and I/C and its nearly impossible. If you put a WRX 5 spd, exhaust, and intake on that it'll run real good times, even at this altitude. If you want to keep the stock engine, I'd try a centrifugal SC. I think that would be best with the room you're given.
