PHEW! ok so after 2 years of working on my credit and paying off bills and all that good stuff i was able to begin process on buying my first house. the first 2 times i tried this failed miserably due to random CRAP! one was a repo-d home that was 'given' back to the owners the day i was supposed to sign paperwork because some judge that made the decisions decided to give em another chance although no paperwork was filed etc...
so after a few attempts that were going that way i found another house about 2 1/2 mo's ago. i was supposed to close april then it was april 30th then it was may 14th then it was last week then today now its friday! so this time its all done though. my loan is through underwritting and all inspections etc have gone through as of 3 hours from now when i go pick up the paperwork for a heater inspection!
FHA loans are a beotch btw. but hurrah my first house is nearly mine!
i just wanted to share with you guys what my project has been!
after this is done i look forward to being able to be more active in some meets and builds and race days. finally i might be able to start working on a project car!
