All motor 13's ITR

Is it possible at highaltitude? Met a guy yesterday and thats what he said that he runs. The coor looks sweet and also sounds mean but is it possible to go all motor 13's?

I have heard so im not sure though my bro is putting a type-r in his teg and he says it will be 13 all motor and then around 10 with turbo but im not positive.

With the right amount of time and money anything is possible. I doubt there are any R's around here anywhere near 13's all motor.

Well it looked like he had money. From what I saw and heard that I guess the compression is somewhere around 12.0:1 thats what I heard. He had the AN-R header, J's racing intake, MSD 6AL. Cam gears, thats pretty much all that I saw. Ohh yeah the JDM front end conversion.
