Some places are picky about it because their employees are too stupid to figure it out. So, if you run into problems, I've heard a few recommendations from board, but I can't remember specifically which place to go to.

I had no problems at the one in Thornton. The emissions place in Englewood gave me some trouble in the past.

Oh yeah, is this because you finished your car and you are going to surprise us at the next meet?

The guy who did the emissions on my Del Sol was an idiot.

Do not go to the emissions station in Longmont. Those guys are complete idiots and also very disrespectful to people's cars.

Go to Boulder... they actually know what they are doing and they, and obviously have more maturity. They are up by the airport and county jail... just keep going on that road until it dead ends and you'll see the emissions place on the left.

your bumper was held on by duct tape and wood screws? I think you need to view this from another perspective :D

that's fucken gay. how could that possibly affect emmisions?

when i had my del sol the exhaust was loud as hell and it had a body kit. the guy there was asking me to rev it and asking about the kit and what was all done to the car. they were pretty cool at the place i went to.

i still think they're assholes. even though the bumper fell off the next day on the street doesn't mean shit, they were being totally unreasonable.

My Prelude is dropped at least 2"... no problems with it. MY mudflaps, btw, are about 2.5" away from the ground. Couple parts in the center of the car are a tad higher than that. :)

My front lip was kissing the ground. Every time they shifted people would snap their heads toward the car. One guy even said my rattlesnake was ready!
