I dont have any pictures because I was unprepared for such things..but I was just driving home from the body shop..at about 120th and Sheridan and saw a new Audi wagon crammed under the side of a Ryder-type truck (looks like it was a retired truck..still bright yellow)

The entire hood of the car was under the truck hitting the frame..and the windshield was hitting the storage/box area of it...that car was f00ked up!

Didnt see anyone in a big scramble like their were injuries or anything..but damn! Made me think about what would happen if one of us in a lowered/smaller car ever got in an accident like that!

Hopefully that person was OK..not sure exactly what happened in that accident..I'm not sure how you could not see a bright yellow truck..and broadside it like that in the middle of the day..but who knows.

Be safe out there people!

Maybe it was like how Tobi didn't see that big 1979 Dodge Powerwagon and broad sided it in broad daylight.

Anyway, I'm trying to convince my mom to get an Audi wagon instead of her Envoy. That thing is like driving a bag of Jello.

You ever tried to get work done on an audi when the warranty runs out?

I've never even driven an Audi let alone driven one.

Ummm? Anyway..I think this was prolly a little different story..maybe the truck was just pulled into the median or something and the Audi driver wasnt watching the road.

However...I was over by Autosportwerkz today and they had some really, really, nice Porsche love today..damn. Saw 2 of them rocket out of there while I was in the area.

On the subject of Audi's, I would rather have my Jetta than an a4. For the price they are they are not nearly nice enough, in fact they feel really cheap to me. I remeber looking at A6's with my mom when she got her Benz and they felt just as cheap to me. For the price the Benz was a way nicer car.

And speaking of accidents I saw a Ford focus rolled over on Austin Bluffs and Union this morning....Looked pretty nasty. It was going east bound when it flipped and caused a west bond car to jump the curb and hit a tree. Hope everyone was okay.
