fuel problems????

my b16 has been acting really weird lately,
idles real low and almost dies and it's been eating gas like crazy, i've been told that one of the injectors is leaking
but i also want everybody elses opinion.


any thoughts or places to start????

Have someone stand by the tailpipe as you give it gas. If an injector is sticking, it'll spit out black smoke or even fuel from running way rich.

Or another good indicator would be to pull out all of your spark plugs and clean them. Then drive around for a few days and check to see if any of them are coated in black soot or if one of them is.

I take it the car's not throwing any codes?

i've not checked them yet, the
light comes on about 2 minutes
a week, and it has been pushing out black smoke,
i figured it was the inj, but i wanted any other ideas, thanks.


does anyone know i stock 99'si injectors will fit in a 94' b16a3
obd1. xmer has some for sale
and they're the only ones i've seen lately.
