Anyone in town cut flanges?

I need some head and turbo flanges made. Does anyone know where I can get it done?

i can make them in autoCAD, and in about a week i have some flanges of my own i need cut on my school's CNC mill.

what kind of flanges, i.e. waht turbo, and do you have something to base the design on for the header flange?

I need t3 inlet, four and five bolt discharge, Honda B-series header flanges.

if you can get me a sample of the flanges i can do it, or at the bare minimum some pretty accurate measurements.

what would you want for materials?

yeah whats up on some flanges. i need a turbo adapter plate for a hf manifold to a t25 saab turbo. i have a sketch of what i need. just don't have the tools to do it. as for materials i think the guys off homemadeturbo use 4.5"x4.5" 3/4"thick mild steel plate.

Okay I spent some time with a Google search and found these.

We need "ONE PERSON" who is willing to call these folks and see if any of them are willing to do small lot, and one off projects, for steel and aluminum flange cutting. (or know some shop that does)

We don't want to poison the well by having them field 50 calls in 2 days all asking the same thing. If one of these companies is willing to do small jobs, post the contact person as well as any special requirements. For example some of the bigger shops may be willing to do one off small jobs but only on a space available basis. Or only if you provide a dimensioned drawing etc.

i've gotton flanges from Omnicut (303)427-6255. they're right off i-25 at about 50th (guessing). i got head flanges for a 4 cyl. cut for about $35-40/each but i drew them up myself in autocad.
