I wanna upgrade my JDM H22A Prelude 1993 2.2 Si Vtec engine, internals etc to make it rock solid and be abl to handle high performance mods such as nos and turbo. What would you recommend upgrading?

Header, Exhaust, Forged Pistons, Head Gasket, Valves, valve train, Sleeves, cam gears, camshaft, billet rods? Anything else?

For boost in an H22, I'd recommend sleeving it, first.

You cant put forged pistons in an H22 without sleeving it first.

I want to do all the work at once as it will be cheaper that way, if I buy all the parts I can get it fitted very reasonably. Just trying to work out what to buy so it can be done all together

i would prep the block first. (bore, hone, hot tank, deck, re-sleeve,blue print ,balence, all new bearings & thrusts &seals) and if you still got some loot to burn after that i would have the crank balenced and polished. just remember with cheap you get what you pay for.
if your looking for engine internals raceeng.com has bunch of stuff to get some ideas of how much $$$$ its gonna take.

JDM?

If you're going to turbo it, a "header" ... or as I like to call it "manifold" isn't needed. Unless of course you're speaking of an Intake manifold, in which case I'd say yes.
