car cutting out early

i have an mini me set up found the pinouts for the ecu and have conected them i have an p2p a-31 ? ecu 96 ex ?? when i drive it cuts out at 5000 rpms like fuel cut ?? and will not go above it what could be wrong ??

My integra kind of did the same thing. I could rev it up sometimes and then it would just drop like fuel cut. I had the map and tps sensor backwards. you might try that.

cool ill try it not sure if they would be crossed though it just started when i swaped ecus from the dx to the ex
