do cylinders 3 and 4 not have fuel or spark?
edit: is the 95 OBDII? i know 97 is (all jap cars after 96 are OBDII, after 93 is OBDI), so there may be an ecu conflict...

The 95 is OBDII.
But, the firing order is different for a 95 vs. 96+. Proper order is 4-1-2-3, off the coil pack. Try that first.

Make sure your getting spark, its probably your distributor
There is no distributor. The firing order is different, and most likely wired wrong.

Well the cylinder "4" and "1" don't work. but the funny thing is that they have spark so i am thinking maybe its a fuel injectors or the ECU

Are you still running the 97 ecu on this engine?
If so, the CAS on a 95 is upside down. Thats why 95s can control timing and 96+ cars can't. If you running a 97 ecu on this engine, there's one major problem.
Also you would need to be running the 97 firing order, sine thats what the ecu wants.
How do you know you don't have spark?
What logger?
What managment?
Without those, how do you know its # 4 and #1?

he said they DO have spark. do you have the 95 or 97 ECU? if you have the 97 i bet that's the issue.

Your right, I miss read that part.
I have a feeling it's the wrong ECU as well. the 95 and 96+ have variables that making engine swaps a PITA. The 95 is different from all the DSM engines.
Ofcourse you can run a 95 ECU in any DSM once its had DSMLink installed to work out the differences.

so 95 is different, good to know. 94/95 3000GTs/stealths have freak computers as well, OBD1.5, incompatiable with any other years.
Is your spark timed properly?
Well the cylinder "4" and "1" don't work. but the funny thing is that they have spark so i am thinking maybe its a fuel injectors or the ECU

well the cylinder 4 and 1 don't work. how do i know? well when the car is running i pull 2 of them out and it makes no difference how it ran before. but when i pull out the 2nd or 3rd it stalls. I still have the 97 ECU in there but from what it looks like i need to change the ecu. don't know if its the spark timeing or fuel injection timing

You can find very cheap 95 EPROMs on car-parts.com.
