Well school is offcially over for me now. So that means I get to do some detailing. We are having that big detail day (Thanks again Simon) comming up next month, but would anyone be interested in doing something before that? I'm thinking maybe something smaller with 2 cars or so just to learn the process. Anyone who is bringing their car to the big event can come and check out some things before hand so you will be more prepared to do it when the time comes.
Anyone interested? I'm thinking maybe sometime next weekend or the week after or something.

I know i keep bringing this up, but if you have extra time, my g/f car needs a lot of work. We can drop it off this saturday and you can spend all day with it.

I was considering using that as one of the vehicles we do. People can see the transformation in person. Witnessing something like that will really give people an idea of what detailing can do.

jones... i have some pretty bad paint fading/oxidization in some areas where the black is turning white and rough... im pretty sure its too late to save any of those areas, but is this something that is going to get worse or spread without some tlc? also do you or does someone else here do paint touch ups?

Might be hard to work it in for the big day. Cars like that require lots of attention and time. I think during that day it would be better for me to give demos and walk around and help people.
foxxof: Usually oxidation can be dealt with. Do you have any pictures of it?

Hey there, my IS300 needs some work! Specifically some icky swirls in the clear (i hope it's just the clear) coat. Since i'm flakey as far as coming to this forum regularly, someone should hit up my email (Kman00@hotmail.com) and lemme know when, where, and how much to make my new baby purdy again!
