Is this a good turbo setup, I am not thinking so because I see no wastegate included, also mine is a 90-93 not a 94-01 does anyone know if it is too much of a difference?

Also I have a B18C not the B18A in my car. Will that make anything different?

Isn't that an external wastegate in the picture (blue topped thing center right)?, if so it should bolt to the exhaust manifold.
It's either the wastegate, or an FMU. If it's an FMU, then you need to ditch that and get another form of fuel management. It doesn't matter what motor you have as long as it's a b-serios motor. The only thing that will be different is the charge pipeing.
EDIT: I see both an FMU and a wastegate. Also in the description, I see something that describes a wastegate, but it doesn't actually say "wastegate" so I'd email them just in case.

you don't have to ditch the FMU.
Edit: kit looks complete with both the FMU and the waste gate. Even I can see that and I've never had a turbo.
True you don't have to, but if you're going to spend all your money on this, and a Type-R motor, you might as well get something else.

no pictures at school? If that's the case I would find out the admins' email addresses and add them with those "porn a day" email lists. Make sure and get the farm animals one too!

hahah, as long as you can see that then :D Hell, as long as you can see SOME pictures, I'd try and see every damn picture from every damn porno site I possibly could... Go in the lab late at night and turn on all the computers and go through a huge list of sites until you find some good pictures on each computer, then leave them up for the first class walking in in the morning. A netcam strategically placed would be awesome to see the looks on the girls' faces too.
Eh, back to work now ;)

I go to high school though, so we really don't have a lab, but that is a good idea, you hae inspired me, reminds me of my computer programming class, we wrote a program that opened and closed the CD Rom drive in a loop, and put a timer on it, we set it to run 2 minutes after the next class started it was soo cool. People thought the class was haunted.
