NHRA in Vegas

I saw Ghandi is, is anyone else planning on going to this? im plannin on leaving wed evening and getting there sometime mid thurs. anyone else is welcome to join to join along for the trip. Unfortunately im taking the less big hills/longer way through Alburquerquequeuquque since ill be towing my car without a huge rig with lots-o-power, so that may not be the way some of you are planning.
anywho, just thought i'd remind anyone who was going to make hotel reservations and such, as everyone knows that events usually sneak up on you pretty fast! :fro:

oh yea forgot the dates, qualifying is 7pm friday july 16th, midnight mayhem is at 1am on july 17th and the actual race is at 7pm july 17th.

Im going, but the boring way through Utah. I think Mark (00ITR#700) was interested in this trip also. I wouldnt count on superfast times. From what I hear in July the track temp never gets below 100 even at 3 in the morning.

My Hotel will be in town not near the track. So we should plan a GTG before the race or something.
