I think i saw on the news a few years ago that CDOT was paying for people who bent their rims on the road. My friend was going down tower road and bent one of his superlegga on a bad pot hole. Has anyone heard anything about this (how to get Cdot to pay for it).
Thanks

Well... a buddy of mine hit a downed lightpole on an offramp, that's right there was a huge ass metal lightpole down across the road. Did some serious damage and he tried to get the city to pay for it. But they said that since it hadn't been reported prior to him hitting it, it wasn't their fault.
So be sure that pothole was reported first, or they will more than likely try to weasel out of it.

What the worst thing they can say is NO. Not like they are gonna send a mafia hit squad if I try to get this resolved.
Yeah no shit, what are a bunch of pencil pushers and construction workers going to do? Leave the STOP sign turned your way for just a little bit longer than they should?

hahaha..... good luck with that
the only way that would hapen is if it was in a construction zone, then they would bill the cunstruction company for not maintaining the construction area.... at least thats what I remember seeing on the news a long time ago

They have a form you can fill out and send in for vehicle damage claims. Very few are paid out, but it doesn't hurt to send one in. Worse case scenario, they pay nothing. Best case scenario, they pay for everything. But, if you don't send anything in, you're guaranteed to get nothing.
I believe it used to be on the CSP or CDOT website, and you could fax it in.

You are such a dumb cunt. It amazes me that you learned how to breathe. Well hopefully you can breathe and suck at the same time although I have my doubts.
