Rebuilt motor smoking...

I just rebuilt my B18A I had it bored and put JE pistons and file fit rings but it smokes when I let it set at ideal, It dont smoke when I just come up to a stop but if i let it set for anytime it starts smoking I only have 1500 miles on it is this normal , do I need more miles on it before it stops smoking ?? I think I'm fixing to change my valve seals and see if that helps anybody else have any ideas anything will help.

sounds like valve seals, the rings have already seated well as they ever will.

If the rings have seated correctly you are looking at bad valve seals and or guides. B18s have notoriously loose exhaust valve guides.
