Comptech Ice Box?

What do you guys think about it? Does it give the same performance as regular CAI?

Better than a CAI since you can drive it through a huge standing puddle of water and not be worried about sucking water into your engine due to it's airbox style which aparently creates a region of low pressure where water won't suck up. Performance is on par with a regular CAI, but they are pricey.

I see. Is the mugen air intake made the same way?
