00 LS complete Head

i have a 00 LS head for sale. head is complete with cams, cam holders, gears, rockers, pretty much everything. Less than 36k on it. I am asking for $100 or trade (plus cash) for Integra leather seats, and/or 98up front bumper/headlights.
