that's what i was thinking. i think it looks pretty crappy, but i guess they get points for originality. lol. who would have thought to mix the those two?

I think the guy was painting the car and eating his lunch at the same time. He spill some mustard, so he figured the guy wouldn't notice if he coated the whole car in mustard.
Painter: Your car is done.
Ricer: I told you to paint it kawaski green like my hero Brian Spilner.
Painter: Spillner is such a fag, besides this color is huge in Japan and thats where I got it.
