I can teach the HTML within about an hour and start working on a web page for you. You can either then finish the webpage yourselves with your new found HTML knowledge, or I can do it for you for more hours. It also depends on the complexity of the page and what you want done with it.

What kind of proposal are you looking for? a Training proposal? If so, no problem. If you're looking for a site proposal, I'm going to need to get some ideas from him on what he's looking for first.

well kind of both, I didnt get qa chance to call him today I was in court and visiting with my lawyer for most of the morning, I will call him first thing in the morning and ask him what he's willing to do ;)
