Unusual problem

Whenever I move my mouse to the top of my screen kinda fast, my programs that are up will minimize, this also happens when I am playing games, I have no idea why this happens, and after the programs get minimized, I do it again and they get brought up again, has anyone ever had this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?
I tried a system restore, that did not work. Any help would be much appreciated.

Fixed it, It was my EAX sound thing at the top, and when I would move up it would access it causing the other things to close, thanks guyes.

heh, that's nothing. i have my mouse at work move sometimes all by itself for no apparent reason! black magic! well, i would have thought so if i hadn't experienced the same like 5 years ago on a new system with old mouse. apparently, there's a glitch in circuits somewhere :)
