Getting Soot off bumper

It sems that my exhaust is getting soot all over my bumper and I was wondering if aneone knew of a good product to get it off?

That is what I was gonna try but I wasn't sure how hard it is on the paint.

I'd dilute it to about 1:2 solution/water.

Once you get the soot removed from the bumper, tune or repair the motor & get rid of that symptom of either running rich or burning oil.

The car has to run rich, and it burns oil on purpose, so I can't really do anything about it.
