Yup. This is cool law. I remember Teemu Selanne (Avs star) saying how he once got a $60,000 ticket in Finland because you get fined based on your salary. Selanne is an avid racer and owns over 50 cars. He is also one of 399 people in the world who is eligible to buy the new Enzo.
