Playboy Playmate Elisa Bridges was a drop-dead gorgeous young woman whose stint with the magazine turned out to be the high point in her modeling career. Elisa was born on May 24, 1973 in Miami, Florida, the daughter of an American father and Cuban-born mother. The mix made for quite an enticing and alluring look, giving Elisa just a hint of exotic appeal. Standing just over 5'0" tall, Elisa packed some mouthwatering 34-22-34 curves onto her petite frame.

Elisa became Playmate of the Month in May 1993 and her stunning good looks made her an instant sensation among the mag's readers. She stayed in Los Angeles to pursue an acting and modeling career, but quickly got caught up in the city's hard partying fast lane. A quiet and shy young woman most of the time, Elisa often found herself drinking to help loosen up at Hollywood shindigs. Dabbling in drugs followed close behind. Elisa's story came to a tragic end on February 7, 2002, when she was found dead of an accidental drug overdose. She had been staying at the luxurious mansion of Edward Nahem, a long-time acquaintance of Hugh Hefner. Nahem found Elisa dead in bed when he came home that evening. The official coroner's report listed her cause of death as "acute intoxication by the combined effects of heroin, methamphetamine, meperidine and Alprazolam." Elisa Bridges was 29 years old.
