mini me swaps

whats the horsepower & torque rate for mini me swaps?...and would this work for obd2 sohc motor? casue i've seen only obd1 blocks used with either any sohc vtec heads...i have a 96 up civic...so someone tell me wasup with the mini-me swaps...can i use my dx block and put a y8 head on? like what do i need for this swap..any extra things.? let me know..very interested

you can do a mini me on a odb2 motor.
the power gains arent huge, but you should feel them.

as for the procedure, go to www.honda-tech.com , register and SEARCH for "mini-me", this will provide you with a COMPLETE walk through with part numbers and pics. its a really good write up.

thanks for the info...i've read it on the obd2 mini-me swaps..they covered alot..but missing out stuff..like the knock sensor code...cause i know y7 dont have knock sensor..and if ur using a ex ecu..of course its gonna throw out the knock sensor code..so they didnt figure out that problem.
