MKIII...17'S OR 18'S

Im not sure if I am going to lower the car or not, but would 18's b too big for this car. I have never actually tried them. Anyone tried this? If anyone has some for sale. shout at me. Thanks, Billy

i have a mkIII jetta lowered 1.75-2.00" with 17s and 215/40 s. they are not super tucked, but make the car hug the road with a MUCH slicker stance.....mkIIIs gotta be lowered, wheel gaps are horrendous stock. 18s may fit w/ some super low-pros, to rough for me, but the 17s suit my situation. check out online pics, see what you want
