Tobi,
Any tips/tricks on getting both the front and rear diff fill plug bolt out on my 4Runner?
I've tried:
soaking it in PB Blaster (overnight). No luck.
1/2 Driver with 18" slide bar. No luck.
I haven't even attempted the t-case and tranny bolts yet...
I'm just trying to change the front/rear diff, t-case, and tranny fluids.
How much would you charge for that kind of job? I don't trust the local jiffy lube, etc.

HTe bolt heads are really shallow and hte impact usually strips them off. For diff, tranny, and t-case fluid change Id charge about $100 for all 4. Dependingon how bad the bots are, new plugs may be needed.

Do you have any free time next weekend? I can drop the truck off friday night and you can work on it if you have some free time. I'm in no hurry to get the truck back. I just want to get this done.
Since i got the truck i haven't even check to see if there was fluid in there. ;UgH:
The bolts aren't bad IMO. I'll let you work your magic.

What would work best for you? Talk to me goose!
Also how much to install a set of extended rear shackles like these...

They will be a greaseable set with new bushings.

If you know what day you are coming I may need at least a days notice. My weeks tend to fill up at the last minute so the more notice you give me the better.
