If anyone has done a swap lately, or knows someone who has, I'm interested in a ka24de engine w/ man. trans, wiring harness, and ecu. My sohc is dead and I need a replacement. It needs to run well. Also, I'm looking for an engine hoist, probably 1/2 ton is all I need. Thanks,

what are you putting th KA into?

It's going in my sohc 240sx. It won't even start because compression is so low. I need something and prefer the torque of the ka vs sr, and I don't have money for a rb.

check around in junk yards, or online parts stores, im sure you could find one with relativly low mileage ( less than 40,000) for under 500 dollars. I agree KA>SR.
