I need to install a power port (cigarette lighter) in my car so i can charge my cell phone(200$ and a piece of shit battery)... Paragon Tuning said they would carge 65 fing dollars to do it(i'm handing them 3000 on top of 2000 already next week) and i don't have the money or the know how... Is this hard to do? I don't want any power loss to the turbo timer or boost controller and i have no ideas wich wires to use or anything about that.. can anyone help?

dude, they sell kits at radio shack for cheap... if I lived close, I'd do it for $10 and a 12 pack :)

not unless you get your power from those components. just take power from a clean power source.

Why would other electronics lose power? Just make sure you have a fuse that will accomodate both accessories and wire that's thick enough.

hondas generally have empty outputs at the fuse box... should just be able to slide a spade connector (like the connector on the back of speakers) right onto one of these outputs... you will need a test light to see which out put you want to use... some are only on with the lights, some are on all the time, and some are switched on and off with the ignition.......

just make sure that you put a fuse in-line with your power lead, located as close as possible to the connection at the fuse box...
