JDM Swap/Sensor Help

i recently put a 97 JDM Type R in my 94 GS-R (using JDM ECU and USDM wiring harness) and i was wondering what sensor wires, if any, need to be reversed. I'm throwing a code 6 (ECT) and can't seem to find the problem. I've put in a new sensor and the wires are okay as well. Any ideas? Please HELP!!!

okay...i'm still getting a code 6. can anyone tell me how to check the circuit? i was told it could be the sensor or the circuit...i had another ECT sensor so i swapped them and it still shows. and could having air in the coolant lines be causing the code? help!!!

anyone know where i can get a JDM Type R wiring diagram?

I just looked in my helm for the civic and dont see anything for ECT. Sorry.

did you wire it to run OBDI or OBDII??
