That is not even close to being accurate at all. There are alot better one's out there.

Its not 1/4 calculator but I think that its a cool one. http://www.bojangs.com/calculator/

I put in my crank horse (at sea level) and my actual weight, and it got what I run on average. 17.2

It has to be off a bit. I put in my known weight (2800) and my known, SAE corrected horsepower (less 12% drivetrain loss) and it says I can run a 12.5 @ 118. Don't think my trap is even close to that, and with my 1.9 60' I make a 12.8.

Maybe it's designed by ricers. ;)

Corrected times are lame, what you run is what you run. Turbo cars don't match up with those equations since the turbos make up for the altitude.

My car would hit 16.4 at 90 mph. Damn I would have to blow a launch to get that speed/mph combo.

Yup. What he said. Turbos breath our air a lot easier up here.

heh, it said I should run a 17.0 second 1/4 mile at sea level:D

No, you can just up the psi to get closer to the same oxygen content as sea level. A turbo at 8 psi at sea level will be pushing more oxygen than a turbo at 8 psi up here.

I should be running a 16.7... but fuck if I know what I run, my car's right around where Stu's is, so pending driver I'd hit a 17.2 or higher.

Damnit, I must be a shitty driver because I only get 17.8...

Your car weighs more though.

I'm actually going to be doing some weight reduction...but nothing really visible. I got some tips from people :). And my stereo got jacked so there goes 80 lbs.

That's pretty much crap. I hit 15.3 at 90 mph.

there is alot of different factors that this thing doesnt take into effect.

i have found it to be pretty close on some peoples car, and way off on others.

its still fun.

How much do the G2 Integra's weigh? They aren't that far off I know for sure.

Mine probably weighs about 200 pounds less than his does. I don't have A/C (from the factory). I took out my powersteering rack and replaced it with a manual; ripped out all the lines, the catchcan, the pump, and the cooler. I don't have a rear wiper or motor. I've taken out some other little stuff like these brackets that help hold in the rear plastic, and I've removed the board inside the trunk. So with out floormats, jack, tools, spare, and on fumes. My car weighed 2550 with me in it at Bandi. The only other time I weighed it, it was 2567 with me in it.

You saying that what I said was crap or the time I was given?

Cause to hit 90 mph in the traps I should be running mid 15's, unless my 60' blows nuts.
