I amhaving these made to fit the race car with drag slicks on them. They are super light and much cheaper than weld wheels. The guestimate on teh weight is 5.5-6 lbs. They are almost $100 cheaper than welds and garunteed to fit because the builder custom builds the wheels to the customer's specs. (thats me) Maybe later down the road if these become more popular and you guys like them I can get a groupbuy going on them and get a better deal. But fornow :drool

What style do you like better? There are three available and three colors. Polished, black and gold. here are the three styles. The gold one is a billet wheel and much more expensive. But its a good example of the color.

Yup I got the cell #.
So are these drag wheels only then? Because 5-6 pounds sounds almost too light to be strong enough for our shitty streets. Tell me how much they were if I come over tomorrow.
Oh yeah, how much do your Rotas, or whatever the black ones are, weigh?

The rotas are 9 lbs. Theses wheels area actually made by a guy who builds road racing wheels. They are strong enough for the street and for the road course too if I choose. The reason they will never see a road course is because they are 13X6 inch wheels. TOo small.

the ones i've been pricing are around 150-200 per wheel. keep in mind they are not for full size cars.. http://www.keizerwheels.com/2003_web_project_00000e.html

" New .190 thick LW Alum 1.5 pounds"
if my car had a .190 inch forged center It would snap off the first time I tied to launch the car. There lies your price difference. My center section is between .500 inches and .600 inches. It is made to handle a 3G lateral load on a 2000 lbcar. those wheels are made to handle a 2.0G load(max) on a 1000 lb car.
