$25 at discount is just the steel wheel. Your best bet on getting one with a tire for cheap is to hit someone up on HAI.

Yea, I got my steelie at Discount. Best price... I reused my tire too, so it wasn't a big deal. Like $38 after tax and mounting/balancing.

You can go ask Discount and they'll give you one for free. Or there's usually one in the dumpster at the back.
