best cams for b16a?

just like the title says. which are the best cams for my car. keep in mind that its also a daily driver. should i go type R oem or an after market brand?

how much difference is there in the ctr cams vs. the stock b16a3 cams in a vtec del sol? it's my daily driver also but stock is very boring, and i like oem parts.
any suggestions?
