How much would it cost and how long would it take to do this?
I'm pretty sure that's all I need because it sounds as if my car is knocking and i'm thinking it's the lifters.

He has an early 90's Integra I think.
Same as mine. I have a knocking sound too, but I have no idea what it is.

For your standard twin cam valve adjustment it is $57 for parts and labor.
If its a Prelude 1988 and newer it $77

Are those a shim & bucket design? Over or under? I imagine over if it's only $57 bucks.

arenthte bikes the same? or are they push pull?

Naw, bikes are either shim over bucket or bucket over shim in which you have to pull the cams out of the bike to adjust them. It sucks but it's easy to me now seeing as I've done it soo many times. The cam sits right on top of the valve itself. Whens that bike shop opening up? lol

Ok cool, and how long woudl it take?
And when do you work?
It's annoying the piss out of me. There's also a small oil leak somewhere but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Woudl you be able to do that while doing the valves?

I have monday and thursday of next week open. Depending on the leak I may or may not be able to fix it. It really depends on its source.
what about single cam mr. ghandi?
Same price as above (non prelude) $57

Valve readjust $57
And I don't know how much it would cost to do the wheel bearing, hopefully not too much.
If you could check out my CV joints also, they're getting pretty bad.

Yay, my car isn't as loud anymore!! And for some reason my steering wheel sits straight now...and you didn't even touch the alignment. You looked at it and blam, now that's what I call good service lol.

What do you mean I didnt look at the alignment? I put air in the tires that were flat. That is the number one reason people throw money away on an alignment is because they have a flat tire. I hooked you up!

Hey! How it over there in Colorado Springs? I'm moving to Ft. Carson around the middle to the end of March. I'll be bringing my trusty 92 Accord Ex that I just personally rebuilt the motor on.
