Seriously. I'm about to put my townhouse up for sale and since it's perfect for a first-time home owner I thought I'd circulate it around the local car sites.

The place is about 1100 square feet, with a few extra footage that won't be reported on the MLS listing. For example, I have a spare room that has been finished off, but it's more of an attic or storeage area. I've used it as my son's room---but he's over 5' tall now and the ceiling slopes.

There are 2 full baths, and 2 master bedrooms. The place is perfect for a roomate-style situation. Both of the bathrooms are off of the bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom is a loft. I just re-finished the bathooms, re-painted most of the house, bought a new dishwasher, flat-top stove, fridge, and put new porcelin tile in the kitchen.

Anyway, if anyone's looking for a starter house, let 'em know. It'll be listed within 2 months for around $135k. It's in south Aurora in the Heatherridge area. It's seconds from I-225 and close to just about everything.

Too bad it's not in the north Denver/Broomfield area.

I'm thinking about moving into a townhome myself. House living isnt really for me. I hate mowing the lawns, I rarely talk to my neighbors. A few of them look pretty shady. My neighbor's dogs are annoying as hell and the HOA wont do shit.

The address is 2453 South Xanadu Way, 80014; it's right behind the Doubletree Hotel off of I-225 and Iliff. The HOA fees are right around $200/month.

I forgot to mention that I have a covered parking space under a carport and a reserved spot near the mailbox.

Other mentionables are that the water heater was replaced in late 2000, there's a new front screen door, and there'll be new blinds/curtains as well.

Oh, and the place has an alarm system installed from Protection One. That'll be paid for the year for the new homeowner as well.
