This part goes for over $200 new (w/o belts). Plain polished silver, part # 0206109; fits all '94-01 Integras. It weighs 1.19 lb. instead of about 6 lbs on the stock unit. I took this off my '95 GSR last week; it's been on the car for about a year and a half. It will give you a little boost in acceleration in 1st gear and maybe a little in the beginning of 2nd; you may also notice smoother downshifts because of the reduced mass on the crankshaft.
DISCLAIMER - some people feel that eliminating the damping effect of all that mass on the front of the crankshaft may lead to premature bearing damage; Unorthodox Racing of course claims this is horsesh*t. Check out their website at unorthodoxracing.com for their version of the story.
Keep in mind that Honda engines do NOT use a harmonic balancer; the engines are internally balanced and the OEM crank pulley acts only as a damper, not a balancer. Know that Honda themselves makes an undampened race pulley for the JDM Civic Type R (but it's on specced on any street car they sell).
Also, an experienced race engine builder at the machine shop that did the rebuilds on both my CRX and my MR2 said it's less of an issue on cars with rubber timing belts (instead of metal timing chains) b/c the belt acts as a dampener itself. You will find testimonials online that say that using a lightened pulley is asking for trouble, and some that have used them for 10s of thousands of miles with no problems.
I removed mine along with a timing belt replacement because I'm going to do a lightened flywheel with a clutch job soon, and b/c I need the money. I put the pulley on at about 80,000 miles and the car has 107,000 on it now with no problems at all.
