I have a 1991 integra gs with the typical bolt on mods header, exhaust, intake etc. I purchased the car about 6 months ago with all the mods. I recently tried to take it through emissions and it failed because the CO at cruise was too high. I've been told its probalby the O2 censor, is there anything else it could be? Any help would be appreciated.
