The car I am racing against is an all motor car that ran a pretty respectable 13.3 pass.
But his car is an H22 with no mufflers and slicks. OWNED by Boosted 1.6

Uhm, I know what you're saying by this but others might get confused and think you're the one in the all motor car running 13.3... the wording is off just a tad than what you intended I think :)

That guy prolly thought he had an easy race coming up eh? Was that bracket stuff or were you racing heads up? Your car looks so much faster at sea level..its scary. :)

It was practice for brackets. It doesnt feel much faster but in the video it sure has one hell of a quick launch. Sheesh, what a hole shot I got on that guy.

Kinda what I was wondering..you just tore him apart off the line however. Especially if he had slicks..thats pretty damn funny. :)

unfortunatly you cant hear my car at all in that vid. The guy im racing had no muffler and the car in the background is a loud ass slow rotary.

Oh and Jon, no, it is still slow up here. Maybe some funny fog to get it that fast but im afraid of the white cloud of death behind me.

SHe has that effect on guys. I wonder how come my car is only .3 sec. slower than yours with less than a quarter the HP. You of all people whould know that the balls have definatly dropped. They drop a couple of times a week on your sisters face at least.

Now I understand, I stopped in and looked at them but I didn't buy one. We used to live right up the street in those new town homes (and I mean right up the street). I traded in my Sportster a while back for a Dyna and I thought you were talking about that. I also talked to them about renting the location across the street but we just couldn't justify the costs.

Yeah, I think it could have been better, the MPH shows that I should have gone a 12.6XX but I was babying a set of tired slicks. (over 80 passes) This year I have better tires, and its a little lighter so I should be well under 1.8 60 foot and mid 12s at sea level. Still slow up here though.

Impressive either way.

Not to hijack this thread ... but... that mugen rear suspension on the passenger side is on backwards, remember I asked about it... well, anyway, I looked on the instructions (in chinese, lol) ... and you can tell its backwards, there is a mark on the top of the strut assembly that needs to be inwards and its outwards... can you fix that?

I had the car aligned at alignment masters, they were having a hard time with the rear passenger side too... and the car pulls right a hair... Im worried its bad for the shock/spring and want to get it taken care of if you dont mind.

PM me .... easier than jackin' this thread anymore than I already did. :Peace:

I can take care of it but it shouldnt matter for the alignment, the shock doenst affect the alignment unless the ride height is off. Anyway if its backwards they did it at the factory because it will only go in one way, So ill have to dissassemble the shock and see if I can turn it and reassemble.
