Bus + bumper = need suggestions on how to fix it

My brother was at Wolf Creek snowboarding and a ski bus hit his car. Guess it just side-swiped him because there is no body damage (as you can see) The bus that hit him was black, so I dont know why it is white like that.

Wolf Creek is paying him back for it (got an estimation and he is getting that money) but I think I could make it look pretty good myself. I was thinking wetsand it, little scratch X and wax. What do you think

If it's just that...then yeah, high grit wet sanding and then redo it.

might not work too well on a plastic bumper, but I can't imagine even replacing it out of a junk yard would be that expensive

Doesnt look that bad. It might be best to get it sanded down and repainted.

thanks! never looked at this method closely. my friend needs to treat some scratches too, and repainting his bumper was not an option. i'll try this.

look for a guide on google, it works great but its pretty easy to mess up :)
