Ive got my new b18b almost done and running but now i want to start saving for either a turbo or a b18c5 swap. I want a reliable engine that will last long. I know the turbo will be cheaper and faster but it will also bring a lot of problems on to me which i know. Such as engine life span goes down and other various things. I was wondering if you would be able to give me some pros and cons of each of them. thanks.

Other than price there is no con to having a B18C5 in your car. I loved mine when I had it and it performed flawlessly.
Pros to building your current engine are that you can make more power for less money and parts are easier to get than the C5.
Cons would be added maintenece costs down the road, added tuning costs. With that said I have to say that if you spend the money to have it tuned correctly and build it right fro the beginning you will get many years out of a turbo B18B.
