Hi Tobi,
I drive a '95 civic coupe, and have recently put on new tokiko shocks, and eibach sportline springs this summer.
My ride is sounds/feels really rough, and I took out everything in the rear to see if it was any panels rubbing or what not. It didn't help. So I'm convinced that it must be the bushings. I was going to replace the worn bushings, and was told by stu that you've done that before. I don't know how many I want to replace, or what I need. If I'm going for the smoothest ride, and I need to replace the factory bushings, because they are showing signs of age. Should I get oem bushings or should I get aftermarket polyurethane bushings? http://www.suspension.com/civic.htm

I've seen kits online for $140 approx. for all the bushings I could possilby want. If you've done this b4, what do you recommend?

Well if you are looking for a smoother ride then poly bushings probably are not what you need. THey stiffen the suspension and make it rougher. If your car is too rough what we would need to do is go drive it around to pinpoint the trouble and put it up on the lift and see if it is a problem with the suspension or tires, or shocks or a combination of a few things. What brand and level of shocks do you have? and what brand and level of springs do you have. Many aftermarket shock spring combos are made for performance which in turn decrease ride comfort. So it may just be the the parts you have installed.
