how do I get the maint req'd light to turn off on the dash of my S2K

check your owner's manual. There is probably a button under the dash somewhere that you need to press and hold until the light goes out. That's the case for my GSR anyways.

nm I found the info on the s2ki board

Press and hold the " trip" button, while still holding it turn the iginition ket to the II position, continue to hold the button until the light goes off. This proceduer is also in your owner's manual but not clearly described.

Yeah, I have the damn maintenance light on in my 99' Lude, does anyone know how to shut that off?

My maintenance light in the accord turns off the same exact way as GimPin described. it also resets the trip odometer to a random number.

Yeah, but I don't have a electronic dash. (i.e. - trip button, etc.)

You should have a square hole in the dash that resets the maint req'd reminder when you stick your key through it Kris. If not I can reset it for you for $1
