so the other day i get this email from a pissed off customer who didnt get to watch a soccer game on his satellite:

available. What the fuck is up with that? this is the game of the year
for England's international team and you guys some other bullshit is more
important. This is why you are losing customers. Here it is in black and
white, you are fucking up in your programming choices!
