Sorry to go "public" with this but I need my money. Please send me a Cashiers Check or Money order immediately in the amount of $175 that you owe me. Send it to:

Matt owes me money from a FMIC kit I did on his GTI. I gave him a discount price for being the test dummy for those kits and I was also nice enough to let him take the kit and leave without paying me in full at the time. He then proceeded to write me a bad check on 5-11-03 that bounced 3 times. I have obviously been MORE then patient enough. After MANY phone calls, voice mails, text messages, emails, and PM's this is my final hope.
If anyone knows Matt, please refer him to this post, I need MY money.

I would recommend that he send me the money via priority mail, or FEDEX it FAST. I want a check at the address above by Monday October, 27th or I may take legal action.

Did you read the post? I didn't loan him anything, I designed and built a FMIC kit on his car. It was atleast 6 months ago and his outstanding balance that he owes me is $175.

Charge interest too. I haven't seen him on the board in probably 6 months.

Haha, yeah I wish I could charge some interest. I'm just trying to make it very easy for him to pay me. Once I receive the $$, I'll have no hard feelings at all.

Lets just say I'm in talks with a close family friend regarding small claims such as mine. It seems a lot of people in general have some kind of small debt owed to them, whether it be from a loan to a friend, or a case like mine. There has to be a way to get "justice" in these small cases where the "vicitim" doesn't have to get screwed by court costs etc. just to get a small amount of $$ back.
We'll see. I'm hoping that a check arrives this week.

Well no check arrived...No emails were answered...No phone calls answered or messages returned...
Please, if anyone knows anything about him, knows a friend of his etc. please let me know, I'd appreciate any help in locating him, a friend of his etc.

Yeah, he was the test dummy and I even took payments and gave him a deep discount on the final cost.

Mark, this is Matt's brother. I told him the news, and so he should be getting back to you. He needs to talk to you first before you take any legal action. If you need the money soon, I'm sure I could get you the $175 before the end of November.

Damn maybe we do need to start a collection agency. I sold somebody (not on the board) my d16y8 for 500, he paid me 350 upfront and has owed me 150 for the past 4 months. Everytime I call him...I'll have it next weekend blah blah blah. What is up with people buying stuff when they don't have the money to pay for it?
