View Full Version : Evo clutch?
Do you have any history with AWD Mitsu's? I need a clutch done within the next couple of weeks and the dealership wants $900 for just labor. I'd try it myself, but with work and school there's just no time. Let me know. I'd rather pay you than the dealership.

Is this on a new EVO? I cant garuntee anything but Id love to take a look at it and see if its doable. I have some mitsu experience but not heavy line stuff. Mostly electrical and interior.
Yes, it's an Evo 8. Let me know if you want to take a look at it. Like I said, I'd rather pay you than a dealership.

The EVO VIII uses a "pull" style release, so clutches for the T/E/L platform won't fit.
Also, you have to drop the front subframe.
Have fun.

Most Hondas went with the front subframe assembly too. :P It makes a clutch a real pain in the rear.
