Pics are way late but here they both are. I've also added a picture of some speakers that work but aren't like klipsch or anything. They'll go for free if you want them. First taker of a PC gets his/her choice of the speakers. I'll even let you listen to them to decide if you want. On the bottom pair of speakers, one of them is somewhat discolored from the sun, don't think you can help that other than paint them.

Help me get these out of my garage. Surely you need/want a linux/unix box, want to give your son or daughter a graduation present from elementary school, etc.

no problem! Stu, uh they aren't the fastest things on the planet by a long shot, so you might be able to get away with counter strike at low frame rates, but anything else probably wouldn't work too well. Gaming wise, these are great for like majong tiles or uno or the sims, etc, nothing too action packed requiring tons of resources.

Would it be expensive to make them worthy? What would they need, so more memory or something?

I've got more memory for them if you wanted to buy that too, but you'd also need a high-end video card and iirc there is no AGP slot on the motherboard for a high-end video card. Lastly, the motherboard might be able to be replaced with a different mobo/proc combo but then your power button and front panel lights probably wouldn't work too well, the power supply may not be enough (although I do have a turbo cool power supply I could sell ya too that fits in it) for a P3 or P4, and lots of other accessories. Not sure tho. That's why I said these would be great for just internet surfing, linux/unix or giving away to your kids.
