You can use it as a part of your charge pipes if slightly modified.

Like Jai said, if you already have one, you can use it as part of your charge piping, but as far as the idea of a CAI with turbo, you are just going to heat the cold air back up when it goes through the turbo. I think you could argue that if it starts out colder, that it won't heat up as much, but I don't know enough to argue that point.
